7.3. How to Create a Request

To create a request, click the Add Request button at the top right of the Requests tab:

A window will open where you can fill in the request parameters. Enter or select from the drop-down list:

    • Name

    • Time range: Flexible field. In general, it means the period during which the request is valid. For example, for a support request, it can be used to show the time range in which the user is available, and for a delivery service — the period during which the item is sent.

    • Client: The client to which the request is assigned.

    • Project: The project to which the request is assigned.

Note: Once saved, you cannot change the client of the request.

Optionally, you can enter a Description. You also can attach files to the requests via Attached file(s) block and add a custom field via Additional information.

To create a custom field:

1. Click the icon next to (empty object) 

2. Click the Append button.

3. Fill in the field and value.
