7.3. How to Create a Request
To create a request, click the Add Request button at the top right of the Requests tab:
A window will open where you can fill in the request parameters. Enter or select from the drop-down list:

Name

Time range: Flexible field. In general, it means the period during which the request is valid. For example, for a support request, it can be used to show the time range in which the user is available, and for a delivery service — the period during which the item is sent.

Client: The client to which the request is assigned.

Project: The project to which the request is assigned.

Note: Once saved, you cannot change the client of the request.
Optionally, you can enter a Description. You also can attach files to the requests via Attached file(s) block and add a custom field via Additional information.
To create a custom field:
1. Click the icon next to (empty object)
2. Click the Append button.
3. Fill in the field and value.
4. You do not need to save the fields separately; the information will be saved automatically when you save the request.
Click Save to save the request.
To view information about created requests, go to the Requests tab and click on the name of the specific request. A drawer will appear with information about it:
