6.1. Overview

The Roles module controls all permissions in the Wi CRM. Roles are assigned to Employees, defining their access levels and functionality in the system.

The following actions are available in the Roles module:

  • Creation

  • Viewing assigned users

  • Searching

  • Editing

  • Deletion
