1. Projects: Overview

The Projects module is the main component of the WiCRM system, designed to manage various business projects. Projects can be categorized and managed separately, each with its own set of attributes and functionalities.

When you log in for the first time, a default project with default desk in it is available. You can create an unlimited number of additional projects, such as those for offices in different countries. For all projects, including the default one, you can assign Desks (structural units), Clients, and Employees
