1. Desks: Overview

TheDesks Desksare modulethe iscore designedbuilding toblocks create structural units withinof your Projects, suchin Wifox Business Core Solution, providing fine-grained structure and access control. Think of each Desk as differenta departments:“room” salesinside department,your retentionProject departmentwhere etc.related activities, people, and clients live together. Key characteristics:

Default Desk: Every projectnew hasProject automatically comes with one Default Desk. This ensures there’s always at least one desk.workspace Theready defaultto deskuse.

Unlimited created automatically when adding a new project.Expansion: You can alsospin createup unlimitedas many additional Desks as needed—no hard limits.

Assignments:

• Clients: Attach any number of additionalclients desks.

  Forleads allto desks,a includingDesk. Only the defaultemployees one,assigned to that Desk (or holding appropriate “view all” permissions) can see and work with those clients.

• Employees: Grant employees access by adding them to a Desk. They inherit any Project-level rights, plus Desk-specific rights (view own/all, manage own/all).

Manager Tagging: Within each Desk, you can assigntag Clientsone or more employees as “Manager” for a given client. That manager becomes the primary point of contact and Employees. Employees can bereceive appointednotifications, assee managersall actions, and assignededit tothat individualclient’s records.

Permission Inheritance & Isolation: Desks inherit overall Project settings (e.g., enabled modules), but enforce isolation of data—users who only have desk-level access cannot see clients toor conductactions theirin business.other Desks unless explicitly granted “view all” or “manage all.”
